1. Service description

The Kayn Method is a free web utility that patches MP4 files to preserve source framerate when the file is subsequently uploaded to TikTok. The service does not transcode, re-encode, watermark, host, or distribute video content.

2. Acceptable use

• You may only upload content you own or have permission to modify.
• You may not upload content that is illegal, infringing, CSAM, or otherwise harmful.
• You may not automate the service beyond the per-IP rate limit advertised on the site.
• You may not attempt to disrupt the service or interfere with other users.

3. No affiliation with TikTok

The Kayn Method is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, or any related entity. “TikTok” is a trademark of its respective owner; references on this site are nominative.

4. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that patched files will produce a particular result on TikTok or any other platform. TikTok's pipeline is subject to change at any time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Kayn Method and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of content, revenue, audience, or platform access.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, for any reason, without notice. Uploaded files are automatically deleted after one hour and we retain no copies.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
